Carbon IQ is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide while using our app.
We collect information you provide during registration: Vendor ID, name, mobile number, and industry type. We also collect the resource usage data you enter (electricity, water, fuel, chemicals, etc.) to calculate your carbon emission score.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
All data is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore with industry-standard encryption. Data is associated with your Vendor ID and is accessible only through the Carbon IQ app.
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from within the Carbon IQ app. Navigate to the Home screen â Delete Account. Enter your Vendor ID and confirm deletion. All vendor records, emission reports, and form data will be permanently and immediately erased from our servers.

Carbon IQ uses Google Firebase for data storage and processing. Firebase's own privacy policy applies to data handled by their infrastructure. We do not use any advertising or analytics SDKs.
We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with Firebase's built-in security rules.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Carbon IQ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
